I like living here, its has a cozy feeling. With some days being moderatly calm, the walls could be rather thin with noise. Some neighbors are very inconsiderate for the people around them because we all live in a small living space. I have an upstair neighbor constantly stomping very heavily and the person living next to me always talking very loud and blasts her music. I also feel like noise complaint fees should be given out more often.

Not bad for the price!

The neighbors are very quiet. I haven’t had any major maintenance issues. The management is awesome so are the maintenance staff.

needs more parking

Its a vreat location but within a studio apartment it gets very noisy, starting with people stomping up above or next door neighbors yelling.
