Decent apartment in a good location
The staff is pretty responsive during normal hours. Some of the rooms could use some touch-ups. Excellent location. Cleaning of the common areas is not particularly awesome.

Westminster Hall
The laundry is spotty. Most of the time, one of washer and/or dryer does not work. The staff, Peggy, is the worst staff I ever known. Super rude!
