I enjoy living here time. Alarm not very much involved in the JDJ stuff. It is quiet and very comfortable

Management co. is responsive and has had maintenance come out and address problem's immediately. Would like to have the property cleaned up where they have been digging and will again for the pump; level it rake the rocks (this will be a problem for my landscaper)and seed. There are 2 large pot holes in driveway that need to be filed....they are a detriment to our vehicles and visitors and one of them fills and turns into ice and someone had a fall there this winter. House really needsa powerwash where it is getting moss and mold on the siding. General upkeep which as per discussion does not fall onto the responsibility of the tenant. I take care of the lawn and leaves etc. and maintain around the home very nicely. We will be tending to that in a few weeks when things warm up. Otherwise, this home is beautiful and cozy and everyone at Venture Lake and the management co. have been great!!!! We love the house.

Venture Lake community is separated from my dwelling but they we exceptionally helpful at move in and the current management CO. is very responsive to call and requests for maintenance issues. I love my home that is part of Venture Lake and it was in lovely condition when I started renting it a year ago.
