Brookside Apartments

Emjoyable experience living here thus far.

The building itself isn’t bad! Not a lot of units, tucked away, lots of yard space and parking. The apartments themselves are pretty nice as well and not overly expensive. However, the dryers in the laundry room are always broken. We all complain and no one fixes them. We have one dryer among all of the units and have gor months. Maintenance used to never come or be extremely rude. It is a little better now but was horrific in the past. They also tell residents they are going to make improvements to the building and never follow through such as powerwashing by the decks and installing waste for the pets. I like the location, the price and that I can have a pet. If they would just follow through on keeping up with maintenance, this place would be perfect.
