Good Place

Lived here over a year. Maintenance is great! Very prompt, trustworthy, and competent. Price is very fair for the area. Other tenants are awesome. Only complaint I have would be creaky floors and noise transfer between apartments. It's not as bad as other places I've lived though, so there's that. Overall, I would recommend.

Great Place - No Nonsense

Very clean, quiet, and fair. Very safe. Snow removal in the winter is top notch. Maintenance in general is honest and incredibly competent. I would recommend this complex to others.
