Im not happy, thought from pictures there was a patio or balcony. I have a small one bedroom I'm paying 1295, for what exactly

Maintenance was here within 10 minutes. Very polite and professional. Knew what he was doing and had thermostat fixed quickly. Thank you.

This is a great place to live! Everyone is so kind here, and the apartments are clean. Maintenance is great and will fix things super fast.

There have been a lot of improvements in the last year that make the place a lot better to look at. I'm in an older apartment, so I'm not benefiting from all the internal updates, but the exterior is a lot better. One of the things my apartment did get was new windows which have greatly improved our energy consumption and are easier to mess with. Management seems to be more proactive and responsive to residents' needs. They recently fixed up one of the laundry rooms with nicer washers and dryers which is a lot more convenient, but they should look into how to get the room better ventilation as it is a basement and the extra heat from the machines makes it a bit of a uncomfortable endeavor. Also, while an increase in the laundry price makes sense, I wonder if it might be something they could adjust to ensure that they break even but is cheaper for the residents. I like living here. It's a quiet area with decent enough living space. The price is on the higher end for my older flat, but it's probably worth it in the renovated spaces.

I have lived at Woodland Apartments for 5+ years. The newer management has done an amazing job about updating apartments with new windows and new appliances. The grounds are well kept. All apartments are air conditioned. The staff quickly takes care of any needs. A large laundry room has been updated with new washers and dryers. Rooms are large, with large closets. The 2 bedroom apartments have a sliding door to a covered patio. One bedroom apartments have a patio too. Dogs and cats are allowed. There is ample parking. My neighbors are friendly too. Snow removal is prompt and well done.

I moved in over a year ago and the owners and landlords have changed quite a bit. There have been times where it’s been very difficult to get simple tasks taken care of however l, that has changed drastically with the new owners. Anytime I need anything done they are there promptly to get it taken care of. Apartments are extremely clean and not to mention my safety at all times is one of their highest concerns here which makes me very comfortable. Everyone here from management to workers to tenants are very kind. Yes rent is a little pricey but you certainly pay for what you get and there are also options for extended leases to lower your rent which is very nice as well. I’m very pleased and happy with living here and won’t be leaving anytime soon
