the rent goes up every year . the apartments are nice but there is no community center or fitness center making the price worthwhile ``

Lived here 2 years and it was generally fine I guess but my rent was raised twice without justification, during a housing shortage and with inflation going DOWN, not up. That's gouging and only quasi-legal. No improvements were made to my apartment despite the rent increase. The hallways and stairs are rarely if ever cleaned, maybe once or twice a year. The garbage dumpsters are overflowing by midweek every week. People are allowed to smoke the majijuana in their cars and all over the property so it constantly stinks like a skunk. Happy to be moving out.
