Poor Experience with Leasing Agent

I had a very disappointing phone call with one of the leasing agents today. From the beginning of the call, the agent came across as impatient and unhelpful the agent was incredibly rude and dismissive. I was calling with some basic questions about online availability, but instead of getting clear answers, I felt rushed and dismissed. She spoke to me with a condescending tone that made me feel like I was wasting her time. Instead, she rushed me off to apply to another apartment complex Fairfield, she said there were having a special of 99 dollars for security and off on rent. She was giving me all the excuses to apply elsewhere and giving me their information and specials, making it sound like Fairfield was better than Oakview. The agent seemed either unwilling or unprepared to provide detailed information and was short with her responses. When I asked for clarification on pricing, availability, and lease terms, she sighed audibly and spoke to me in a condescending tone. It felt like I was a bother rather than a potential resident. At one point, I was even talked over while trying to explain what I was looking for. The entire conversation left me feeling small and unwelcome. Communication and professionalism are key when it comes to leasing, and unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative impression. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to move forward with this property or recommend it to others.

Living Experience

The rental office prople are so delightful and very helpful with anything that you may have questions about. They are always ready to help and will answer all calls when you need them. Building apartments are very clean and maintenance workers are reliable and answer all calls in a timely fashion.
