Very quiet considering the busy area. I feel like they've done a great job at blocking the noise which I'd say is attributed to quality construction. We really don't hear the road or neighbors. The apartment is nice, modern, neutral, has a good layout and is attractive. We enjoy living here. Only real wish we had was more closets/storage. The bedrooms are small so it's hard to fit dressers and other stuff for storage. Neighbors are nice and quiet as well. Well kept grounds. Nice little courtyard area for relaxing outside. Convenient location. Would definitely recommend.

Only here for a month but so far it's surprisingly quiet considering it's busier location. I rarely hear much and don't hear neighbors at all. The apartment is new, lovely, nice finishes and overall layout. The main bedroom is a bit small as a master and it's kind of oddly shaped but we're making it work. ;)

I have not moved in yet. I took a tour and love the place. The private entry to the apts is a plus.
