Reserve Pointe Apartments

The apartments are nicely finished and the appliances are wonderful. The area is quite nice as well. The only issue is the thin ceilings/floors so I can hear everything going on in the unit above me.

Maintenance issues persist - some buildings have plumbing issues, some have foundation water issues, interior common areas in buildings need painting. The complex is pet friendly but they don’t empty the dog waste bins which are constantly overflowing.

Location is great and property is kept well, but you can hear everything your neighbor does. You have 0 privacy.

I’ve lived in the Studio Apartment for 2 years. I love how big the kitchen is for a studio and that it has a dividing wall to separate the kitchen from the living space. The apartment does get loud due to the mechanical features within the apartment ie, A/C and furnace unit, washer and dryer, and dishwasher. It took sometime to get use to, but having the amenities is worth the noise. The community is awesome and friendly, also the staff. The Property Manager, Stephanie, is always helpful and she responds to questions and concerns quickly. I’ve never felt left in the dark, when issues or lock-outs occurred. The RentCafé App does need improvement. One of my favorite things about living here is the strong dog community it’s a super pet-friendly place!

Definitely needs more maintenance and upkeep in and around the buildings.

Nice units, can hear your neighbors quite easily. Bit expensive but nice.
