No building amenities like gym, lounge, and reception. Also, the staff can be trained to be more friendly and welcoming towards residents.

I have been here for my 4 years of med school at the Jacobs School of Medicine. It's the perfect location. Walk to the med school and the Children's hospital as well as Buffalo General and the Roswell Cancer center. Many restaurants with in a 5 minute walk as well as a great barber and wine bar on the street level of the building. Never had a problem with the gated parking and the building is very quiet. Maintenance is great, even though I only needed them once for something minor. Would recommend
