Mid-City Apartments features newly renovated units in a historical building, the largest mural in Buffalo, NY by a renowned artist, and is conveniently located on the metro line for seamless commutes to downtown Buffalo and surrounding areas. This building is convenient to a multitude of restaurants, food markets, entertainment venues, and cultural destinations. The mural on Mid-City Apts, Metamorphosis #5, was the largest mural of Tavar Zawacki’s career at the time of its completion, and in the whole of Western New York. The vibrant pattern of vividly colored overlapping and interweaving forms—visible for blocks on this stretch of Main Street—is based on Zawacki’s signature artistic motif: the upward arrow. Apartment review

In my opinion, this apartment is not worth the monthly tent. The building is not well maintained and recently several security concerns have come up. The front door is often left open which allows anyone to enter the building. The parking gate has not been working for months now. The main lobby and elevators are often soiled what appears to be urine and the smell is very off putting.

Awesome Place to Live

I’ve been here since rhe building first opened 3 years ago. Never had to complain to management, everyone here is very nice and friendly. Maintenance is great, great location, and with the additions of ofher business makes it all the better.

Mid City Apartment Review

Apartments themselves are spacious and beautiful. Has tons of storage space. However rent is on the higher side and there’s no gym or common area. The parking gate is constantly under maintenance. And other tenants treat the complex like a pig sty. The mail room is not the best either where anyone can walk in and take your package.

Apartment Living

The apartment itself is very nice and spacious. Each apartment has a small washer and dryer included, which is helpful. However, rent is a little expensive and there isn’t a gym or pool.
