What others love about this property:
great location but amenities could be better
Great location with large size apartment and maintainance is very quick. However, building is old and there are no amenities in the building like a gym or communal space. Kitchen is also very small without ventilation

i have been here 6 month and love the beautiful apartment but especially the wonderful on site management and staff.

good and peaceful. I like the environment here. It is in the heart of delaware making easy to access all the necessary items to buy around.

My name is Louis and ive been a resident for almost two years at the delaware park apartment. Ive been with Kenmore Development for five years. Ive enjoyed living in kendev apartments from the very beginning. So many pleasant memories and a great report with staff this far abd i hope to have many more years of the same.
