Great space for the value. The noise is unavoidable with the fire dept 2 blocks down and the building being on main street. It is noisy all day long regardless of when it is. The shared space internally is not maintained at all. There's a lot of dirt,dust and pet hair. Additionally, it's an old building so it smells very musty with all of the other problems listed. On the outside there's a lot of litter that's not picked up. The basement is not in the best shape; it can be described as unfinished at best. It is usually not an issue, however, the dryers and washer are located there. The machines are not well maintained. You will frequently have only one washer you can use. People who live in the building do not keep the laundry room clean either. The basement will often smell like cigarettes. Not too sure who is smoking but that's a health and fire hazard.
