Sea Breeze Tower

I’m very happy with my apartment! It’s cozy and bright, with high ceilings and large windows that create a spacious and airy atmosphere. The building is always clean and well-maintained, featuring great amenities like a laundry room, lounge area, and gym. The management team is polite and responsive, and the maintenance staff does a great job keeping the building in excellent condition. The secure mailroom and welcoming doorman add to the convenience, and having indoor parking makes life even more comfortable. Overall, a wonderful place to live!

SBT is a nice address to have. Staff is very helpful and attentive when needed. Quiet residence.

I have lived at Sea Breeze Tower for 4 months and am grateful I chose this building as my new home. The staff are attentive to residents and maintaining the building. The amenities are convenient, especially the 24/7 laundry room. My unit is beautiful and the building is quiet. I love being so close to the beach and look forward to the return of spring so I can fully enjoy it every day. While for some this neighborhood may be far away, the subway is literally 6 minutes away, from my unit’s door to platform! The express train is one stop away which makes a huge difference in my commute. I’m very happy with Sea Breeze Tower and look forward to settling in more in my new home.

Very good building but unfortunately night security guys were terminated

I am still adjusting to Brooklyn and am very happy living here. Thankfully my experience has been great with the area. Commuting is also great and nearby. My only issue is tenants smoking in a smoke-free building. Waking up and smelling either cigarettes or marijuana is extremely annoying. With the laundry room, some tenants should be more mindful when it comes to sharing the small area and clean up after themselves. Return the carts. Keep dogs out of the laundry room. Management is great and so is the building up-keep.
