Tenants have to keep cleaning the front of the building everyday because of delivery men not living in building. Scaffolding which is not being used is giving them a safe place to hang out.

We love our apartment and the building is great. We love the location and everything being on our doorstep. There is a lot of noise from the next door neighbors which is a problem but they have always stopped when we asked.

I moved in last month. I love my neighborhood, as I am right by the Barclays center. My apartment looks new and I have a dishwasher and in-unit laundry. However, it is TINY TINY TINY for the price. I am not mad about my tradeoff decisions, however.

Pretty good building for NYC rentals! Our apartmebt is recently removated and the appliances are good. Nice high ceilings and a good amount of natural light. Not any major pest issues. No noise from the Barclays center even though youre so close to it.
