This place has a lot of potential but there are a lot of things that make it not worth the price. The building has a HUGE loitering problem. The loiters are friendly but they smoke, drink, and make loads of noise at the entry way of the building. Management does nothing for this. You might be paying 2k+ a month to have to live through this. Super walks past the loiters too and nothing is done. The neighborhood and access to train are redeeming qualities about the property but truly the loitering will make you want to move immediately. Every morning the entry is smoked out with marijuana and alcohol. You just have to be ready to manage this, EVERY DAY...rain, sleet, snow, or shine. IT'S DAILY.
