This is a decent place for NYC. Washer and dryer cost $6 a load

Its a nice newly renovated space but the work was a little spotty and so it leaks in mulitple places throughout the apartment complex.

Very pleased so far with the apartment. Homey location with sound proof windows, nicely renovated and comfy. Love the balcony and outdoor space. Staff has been helpful and accommodating. Grateful to already feel at home in Brooklyn!
