Your packages will go missing. Random people will chill in your stairwell smoking, playing music, yelling. Garbage will pile up in the trash rooms to the ceiling on the weekends. Akelius will send you about 5 emails a weeks acknowledging all of this is happening, but will actually do nothing about it but tell you to call the police and raise the rent any chance they get.

I have lived at this property for 30 years. This current management has upgraded the building and it is very quiet and safe. The staff members are friendly.

My experience is ok .the building is clean . I think the front door is put on wrong, i mash my fingers before with the heavy door.

While the building itself is pretty standard, the residents and maintenace staff are incredibly friendly, polite and kind. The apartments have new appliances and are clean and spatious. The location is convenient and located oma quieter street when compared to Nostrand ave which is nice.
