I've lived here for two years. The noise bleed from the event venue next door is insane and goes into all hours of the night. The building is very poorly built - we can feel cold air coming up through the cracks of our floor. If the heat in the glasses store below us is off, our apartment becomes significantly colder. The front door doesn't close, all the stairwell steps are cracking, there's black mold all over the kitchen. Can't wait to move out.

I have lived here for 6 months and love the location. The apartment itself is also great, high ceilings and great amenities. The price is awesome. My only complaint would be that the neighborhood gets pretty loud on the weekends...
