If the location weren't so sublime, I would be pretty disappointed with this property. The support staff has been excellent but the reno job done before I moved in leaves much to be desired. There are broken floorboards from bending them to fit the unlevel flooring, leaks around the windows, and the noise from other apartments is constant. There is also no ventilation for the in unit washer/dryer so to use the dryer one must leave the closet door open to avoid mildew in the closet. The public area also hasn't been touched since I moved in 2 years ago (including the wooden slat being used to replace a broken stair). In general I'd give this property a C+ and if it were in a worse location I'd give it a D.

The management is the worst I’ve ever seen and I’ve lived in many different buildings in NYC for years. Absolutely useless at all times

The neighborhood is serene, super close to the Park, and the living room space is really spacious. Highly recommended.

The value of this apartment is its proximity to the park and the great neighborhood. The walls are thin so you will hear your neighbors, there are not cameras in public spaces, and there is little effort put forth by management to keep the public area clean.
