While we do have to submit all maintenance requests on separate tickets, the super who's come to help us several times is so friendly and knowledgeable as well as so respectful of our space. I love having an Amazon locker for security, and an elevator is a great bonus. Our apartment came with a lot of mystery boxes (secret light behind the mirror, secret pop out drawer, etc.) Only downsides are it seemed like a rush job and the floors aren't insulated from noise.

The apartment building is ok, the apartment specifically is amazing, exactly my style and what I would have looked for anywhere.. at a reasonable price too! No fancy amenities but it gets the job done and you have a library and gym down the street.
