377 Manhattan Partners LP

We have lived in 377 Manhattan for a few years. The price is reasonable for the neighborhood, especially as the area gets more expensive. There is washer and dryer in the basement and the basement also has storage for apartments. The super is quick to respond and send someone but only during business hour and sometimes it can take a little longer to get someone to come fix things. We also have had some issues with getting the dryer getting fixed with management pushing the laundry company to fix it while they laundry company has not been very responsive.
