I an very please with the location where the apartment is.

We've loved the place since we first moved in. There have been some headaches like, but over all it's still wonderful.

Nice place, well taken care of.

Joanna has been wonderful, flexible, and great to communicate with. Being allowed to keep my bike behind the building is appreciated to the greatest extent. The superintendent has never responded to any contact, but luckily our need of him has been minor to nonexistent (I've ended up doing whatever work was required). We've had some noise issues, but they have not been consistent (even though they did go consistently for a long while, it's been much better of late). There is an issue when it comes to deliveries though. There is no mail key. At least 3 USPS workers have begged me to ask management to get a mail key after I've buzzed them in. Because everyone needs to blindly buzz delivery people into the building we do have a slight security risk. There has been a homeless man wondering the hallways stealing packages. My wife was able to steal one of the packages back from his trashbag when he went out to the alley on one occasion. He seems homeless, and it's just our property that is in danger, but the security risk could be worse if bad actors are encountered. A mail key, fixing tenant's buzzers so they can actually call down to see who is at the door (in our unit only the buzzer works, not the intercom), and outreach to the tenants to adjust their habits AFTER the addition of a mail key could help the security issue. Overall however the unit is amazing, we love our landlord, and are so very happy with the apartment.

Loved living here, really great hood, building well kept. Management asked for $700/month rent raise after one year….
