I’ve lived in this area for over 35 years and I’m pretty pleased with the location

No upkeep in public spaces, large gouges in hallway.

It’s been over two months since I submitted a paint request. It’s honestly surprising how long this is taking, especially considering how much we pay in rent. If the maintenance team is understaffed, it's time to consider hiring more help. The rent is not cheap, and it’s not acceptable for the landlord to continue delaying necessary repairs. The apartment has not received proper maintenance in a long time. The AC does not work properly, and the bathroom fan makes noise but doesn’t function as it should.

I an very please with the location where the apartment is.

We've loved the place since we first moved in. There have been some headaches like, but over all it's still wonderful.
