We're Relatively Happy

1500 Carroll Street isn't the most convenient place to live but it is a very nice place to live. The neighbors are kind if not amicable if not non-intrusive. The staff are very happy people. And the building stays relatively clean although I wish there was an after construction crew to make sure the halls are clear of dust and debris because I've two babies and well I'm concern about thier respiratory systems. The only constructive critisms I can offer is the limited amenities. In Brooklyn 2020 the competition is thick. It be great if 1500 utilized the space more. A roof deck can be had. A bike rack should be left in the courtyard. Laundry in the basement. These attributes could make the space more attractive to stay long term... I am / we are relatively happy tho. Mostly because living in a family oriented religious community that is welcoming and safe is priceless...
