It was really good with the previous management. The workers were really good at maintaining the building.. now there are no Worker. No maintaining being done. Food on the floors. Garbage piling high..

They take a long time to do repairs and when they di the repairs they just patch and ba dage.

The kitchen is so strangely designed. Lack of cabinets, lack of counter space, miniature dishwasher, but for what? Nothing. Why is the bedroom so large? What could I possibly use that space for? The office is great though, I love that.

While the location is convenient to where I work there are still things to improve. Most of the time the builing reeks of the smell of marijuana. The elevator could be a little faster and cleaner. Especially, rent rise every year though the building does not have new amenities each year. However, given all those flaws, my neighbors are great. I have become friends with them in my going to 8 years living in the building.
