The facility was clean. Just wish I know how to work the sound. I also didn't have a sign at thd start of my evebt, so random people kept walking into the space.

I love that you can live with your pets here and have a washer/dryer in the apartment. The staff is very friendly. I truly enjoy Gina's company, and getting to know her over the years has made living in a busy and stress-filled city easier. The gym is perfect to use during the cold winter months when all you want to do is run home, and when it is too hot outside in the summer. And thankfully, the package room gives me peace of mind that my deliveries are not being stolen like in other residential places. However, I do not like all these weird additional fees like Pet profile, or cold brew. I would like a swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. I feel coming home should feel relaxing and these additions can make that happen.

Hi, I have lived here for about four years. I like the new services always offered to us whether it is the Avo food delivery, massage or pedicure, coffee machine, etc. As always I am very happy to have my cat, Raffy with me because for a long time, landlords in New York City did not allow pets. The amenities in the apartment are great such as the washer and dryer so that you do not have to lug your laundry to the laundromat and pay overpriced fees to do your laundry and then it still does not come out clean. I love the dishwasher, funny story I did not use it until this year. What can I say? I am old school. However, when you have late nights for work or school or both or with going out, it is very convenient. I am happy that I can control my heat/AC because I am the type of person who is cold all year round. The staff is very friendly and accommodating which is amazing. I would love to see a swimming pool. I wish there was a cat community within the building so that we can share and learn from each other about our cats. I love dogs but I do not have any dogs. I am grateful that my packages do not get lost or stolen or left out in the rain/snow like at other places where I have lived. I am very happy about the food waste recycling, the e-cycle, and the clothing donation box. I am happy to help the environment and that it is made convenient for us because let's face it to find these services you have to travel far and jump through hoops at least in my experience. I wish there were more community events to get to know our neighbors, especially in the winter because it is hard to get out of the house in the long winters of course to each their own. I would like it if there was a button you can press in the front of the building to open the door when your hands are full.
