Great

Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to rent. Maintenance good, office staff are good and understanding, noise is moderate for occasions but good throughout week. Overall great.

Lived here for 10+ years but will prob have to move due to new tenants that moved above us. Management is apparently incapable of making any changes when the tenants above spend from 11pm-3am just making noise. Only thing they are good at is sending you the rent bill at the end of the month.

Review/Rant of 1685 Morris Ave

I've been living in 1685 Morris Ave for a couple years now, its a decent place. I like that the area is clean and the super is very nice. Elevator has its issues but its finally getting replaced/fixed. The worst part about this building is the noise that comes from apartments above/below you. I had a family of 5 living in 1 bedroom apartment above me and it was a nightmare with their 3 kids, I constantly told management that it was really too much but aside from sending them a letter/giving them a call nothing else was done. The issue itself is not that people make noise, especially with kids, it's how much noise gets transferred through walls between apartments (vibrations are absurd on the living room). These things need addressing because I can hear the TV and people talking below us. Feels like the flooring needs some changes imo.
