Terrible maintenance.

Nothing will ever be fixed. They will collect the rent quick and fast but ask for a something to be fixed and they will get aback to you in 30 business days. They barely mop the hallway floors.

the building in general is good.

I have good experience living here for more than ten years the repairing in this building takes for ever I do most of my repairing and painting. The elevator most of the time smell bad.
