I have been living here for 4 yesrs now… its a quiet Area… though the walls are thin. Maintenance is great and always has been!… alot if new amentities have been added… though i personaly dont use any of them its nice for those who do. As far as cost my rent Has gone up $350 in the last 2 yesrs… not happy about that!,,, i can see a small increase but it seems a bit much. Other than that i enjoy living here

We will be starting our 10th year here at Autumn Woods. We have been very comfortable as seniors with joint replacements and such...the ground floor places have no curbs or steps. Parking is right at front door--a godsend for seniors trying to bring in groceries and such. Best of all is the washer and dryer in the unit. No going someplace else or up and down stairs with laundry. The friendly maintenance crews come on calls within 24 hours most times.
