Maintenance review

Michael the Maintenance guy was AMAZING. He came here to look at our washer and that was it, but he went through and fixed multiple other things and had nothing but a great attitude about it. So happy with his service.

Noisy, Terrible Parking, and Too Strict Rules on Outdoor

Our community used to be a nice place to live. There is new management and they are not nice at all. However, the maintenance staff is amazing. They are quick and super helpful. They are the bright side of living here. We live in a downstairs unit. Our upstairs neighbor exercises after 10 at night by running up and down the stairs and is up at 4 am getting ready for work and we hear every sound she makes. My four year old granddaughter thinks a giant lives upstairs. The parking here is terrible. There are not enough spaces for all of the cars in the community and we cannot park on the street due to the limited visibility (red curbs). We have received violations on our car for parking our second car in front of our 1 car garage. We are being threatened with our vehicle being towed. There is nowhere else to park. In October, the new manager sent out a warning letter that Halloween decorations were to be cute and nothing else. Also, included in the letter, 2 plant maximum in our front patio and no hanging lights. I totally understand why hardly anyone is decorating for Christmas. The management threatened in that same letter to fine the residents at least $50 a month if any decorations are in the common area or violate their idea of what a front patio/balcony should look like. The buildings are beautiful, the apartments are beautiful but it's very expensive and I would definitely think twice before moving here.

Management starting to sucks

Management should allow to our little gazebo to be up in the patio bcoz thats the only shade we have outside. Unlike other units have some kind of tree in front of them. During summer our daughter room gets very hot

Caviata living

Fantastic place to live, clean and safe. Maintenance staff is very efficient and quick in responding. Wish there were more things for kids to do. The house numbers should be out at the front side else it can be hard for guests to identify the houses.

Caviata at Kiley Ranch Review

Parking needs to be addressed. The value of the apartment could be better. Last year, the pool seemed to be closed a lot. Pool maintenance needs to be addressed.
