nice place to live
This place is super nice and love living here. There is no noise from my neighbors, you can barely hear anything from outside. The place is a lot of room for everything you have, your garage is connected to your house which i love. It does stink having to clean all the space you have but that what having a big place comes with. The staff is super nice and helpful. The only complaint i would have is my fridge light and the water don't work, put a Maintenace order in for it. They came and fixed it supposedly, but it still doesn't work and told the office. They said they were going to come back having herd or seen anything yet.
Building concerns
Been a tenant since June 15th and have plumbing and roof leaking issues.

Nice place to live in only problem is rent amount! Plus having to pay utilities, groceries, etc apart its getting expensive to live in Reno.

I have lived in Caviata for about 4 years now. Let me start with the positives- good construction quality, good paint quality, the units are designed pretty well allowing ample space for every aspect, well maintained property and the maintenance staff is very efficient and quick to resolve any issues. The appliances provided are in neat condition. They keep organizing small events from time to time for residents which is a plus. I haven't had any security issues here till date, so I would say the area is pretty safe too. I do find the children's play area to be small. They could add a few more things in there. The pool area is not too big, but works ok for me. There isn't any clubhouse kind of set up which can be a plus if added. They do have the open spaces where you can organize a party. Overall, my experience at Caviata has been good. Thanks.
