Office staff and maintenance are amazing! These units are a great price for affordable living! My only compliant is parking it's getting worse by the day!

I strongly believe that the property Mgr and maintenance does everything they are allowed to do, and then that much more. I do feel that they are not allowed nor given permission to take care of the numerous things to maintain adequate property maintenance. I have watched the overall condition of the property decline over time. The apts overall are quite nice and large. Unfortunately, it takes a lot of factors to meet standard conditions. There are things here that are way below standard. It’s a shame that those who are knowledgeable are unable to provide a satisfactory outcome due to poor quality standards of ownership not being proactive.
