So far so good

We've lived here for only 7 months but haven't had any issues at all. It's a wonderful location with beautiful views. I do wish there was more parking and the renovations we're completed. Other than that, we really like living here.

Pleasant & improving

I have lived here going on 8 years. Alex & Sara in the office are pleasant, responsive, & have made some great improvements to make the community more pleasant. They plan social events at our clubhouse so that residents can get to know each other & have some fun. My neighbor who has been here longer than me exchanged numbers within the first few days after I moved in. The other residents In my section are not just renters giving a courtesy smile, head nod or just a smite as we pass by each other. We don't all know each other by name but there are lots of first name basis, the new BBQs are calling for a get to know you cook out before the weather turns bad. I love that there are 3 pools & am excited for the indoor pool to reopen. The one negative I can think of is that when I first moved in the indoor pool was a couple of degrees warmer, not a lot but just a little bit but that little bit is a lot when its cold outside. My daughter & I would go down every night for a short swim & it was wonderful. With it being just that couple of degrees colder our visits are very far in between. Otherwise I really am glad to come home from a hard days of work & I would recommend to others & do whenever I hear someone ask about places to live.
