Criteria with respect to rent increases appears inconsistent. Received a huge rent increase this year but know of other tenants who have no rent increase upon lease renewal. Is this legal?

Its a very good place to live. Its roughly Equidistant to the major river crossings, so either side of the mohave valley is accessible for shopping. The landscaping is beautiful, and the laundry facilities are clean and not overly full. Highway noise can be a bit of a bother on some nights, but is possible to cover up.

Great staff always available to provide the best customer service. It feels good to talk to a human at the leasing office. That's what makes this property an enjoyable place to live in. The maintenance crew provide a fast service in taking care of the issues.

It’s been an experience! Guest parking is non existent. Miss longer security and Maintenance schedules. Would like to workout early in the morning when gym is closed. Would like to use pool early whennpool is closed.
