When I moved in 2 years ago the A/C was not working and the return vent in the ceiling was hanging down/open. Maintenance put a band aid on it, but it still isn't flush to the ceiling, I look up every time I walk under in fear of it dropping on my head. The dishwasher was and still is very old, noisy and even after cleaning it inside it still looks unsanitary, so I have been washing my dishes by hand. The cloth washer and dryer are in the same condition as the dishwasher OLD and in jeopardy of breaking down any second. I love the location of my apartment but wish I had newer appliances.

My dryer has been broken for the past 2 months. I’ve put in 5 work orders and they have cleaned out the filter, but the dryer itself is cold it doesn’t make heat. I’ve been spending my money and time at the laundromat and having to buy new clothes as well. It’s very ridiculous that a dryer cannot be fixed within a timely manner. Even thought I pay an extra $25 a month for my parking spot, it’s 4 buildings away. The spots in front of my building are always empty. When I asked about this someone told me I’d get a call back, but never did. So be prepared to walk a mile with your groceries. Not sure why the parking spots in front my building cannot be used for the people in that building but hey what I do know?

I believe this is a great community to have a lack of maintance on it. Maybe owners need to choose another vendor to maintain this property on check.
