A little disappointing

When I first moved in back in early 2022 I was told the pool would be done by the summer. A year went by and it wasn't done. Earlier this year I wad told it would be done at the end of May but were in July now and barely any progress has happened. They've been putting up a gate and it's been more than a handful of times where a water pipe breaks and leave the property without water almost all day. The Hispanic lady that used to work in the office was soooo nice I wish I remembered her name. But the ladies now are nice at first but seem annoyed/stuck up if you come to them with any issues. I also wish they would be more transparent with the parking situation. Tenants have been parking in spots for a while without issue and the next day multiple cars have annoying towing stickers. It would be nice to get an email like "hey I know we've been letting people park in spots but starting blah blah it will be enforced". It would have been appreciated. Overall I hope improvements continue to be made since the apartment itself is nice and the maintenance guys are all super nice. Office ladies could learn a thing or two from them.
