**Original Review – April 2023 Move-in Day (Jan 6th): Promised a ready-to-move apartment, but what I walked into was a disaster zone. The unit looked like it was barely swept after the last tenant. Closets laden with dust, yellow stains (probably urine) on the carpets, toilets splattered, tubs and bathroom walls coated with a hasty layer of paint – which covered dirt, hair, and more. Even the dishwasher and refrigerator looked like they'd been in a bar fight! Promised professional cleaning, but when I returned post-cleanup, many issues still persisted. My wife and I had to wear our cleaning hats before settling in. Jan 19th: First time using the oven and surprise, surprise, the door falls right off! Noted to the front office, but it took until Jan 26th for a shoddy fix. Now I have an oven with a bent and cracked frame. Jan 23rd: First mailbox check and guess what? The mailbox lid was forced open! Another issue lodged and took them until Feb 1st to resolve. Jan 28th: Woke up to a lovely indoor pond courtesy of my leaking fridge. Finally, on March 2nd, they swapped it for a slightly less bruised model. Feb 10th: My stove burner started imitating a volcano above setting 3. Below that, it would just die out. Waited until after Feb 23rd for a fix. March 2nd: A leaky dishwasher saga began. A series of ineffective repairs meant I went without hot water for days and without a dishwasher until April 6th. Not to mention, the enticing amenities advertised? Mostly a mirage! Grills, picnic spots, pools, gym, common areas - all under eternal 'closure' or 'construction.' Yet, they've got the audacity to slap amenity fees on my bill. When questioned, I was met with silence. The only silver lining is Lisa at the front office – always genuinely tries to assist. However, it's evident that the focus here is cramming more tenants in rather than valuing the ones already paying a steep $1600+ a month.

I needed to complete my lease renewal . The 2 girls in the office Priscilla and Veronica are extremely helpful. They went above and beyond in helping. Every time I come in they are always smiling and asking if I need help. Thank you ladies
