I wonder why the entrance gates are held open during the day? I'll assume its due to so many "mal functions" during use? However I caution this idea since it will allow "SPOTERs" to enter the Complex. These are the same type of folks that work the Casinos. Watching for a good "target". Easy for them to access the parking areas and "log" in vehicles for future theft. Especially "high riders" or High Values. Similar to those who sit and wait for one of us to open the "gates" to come in at night. Just a thought from one with over 20 Years of Law Enforcement Background. R Conrad #342
