I have lived here for a few years, and I have personally seen this place go downhill. Staff are rude, there is trash everywhere, people rummaging through the garbage cans, kids are breaking the security gates, and my partner's car got broken into. Thankfully nothing was stolen but that's still a bill WE had to pay for. Also, why have ammenties if they are never open? The pool hours say open until 10pm, but when I get home at 5, there is a chain on the gate. The dog park is disgusting since nobody knows how to clean up after their pets. The apartment itself is okay, but we get so hot because there is only one vent in a room and it's up in the lofts.

everything is great accept homeless people digging in the trash bins every morning, And people with dogs allowing there dogs to use the bathroom anywhere without cleaning up after them

Like the place and the location. The office staff and maintenance is fast and great. The only problem i have is living on bottom, tenant above are loud and you hear footsteps and all the noise thru the floor. Tenants with pets tend to not pick up after their dogs and let their dog Urinate by your Terrace when you on the first floor
