Maintenance is poor, many things break all the time

There has been leak in my one bedroom, water came in and spoiled the bed. It has not been fixed for more than 3 months. So many reminders have been given. It seems like it will be never be done during my stay. I was given a broken fab, i returned it, Now i do not have a fab. One member of my house has no fab access. More than 3 months since I notified. Many other examples.

Great, but could be better!

We love living here. It’s a perfect location, the apartments are a great size, there is absolutely NO smell (the only apartment building I’ve ever been in without hallway smells!), and the longer-term staff are awesome. Some negatives: high turnover in office staff, reported minor maintenace issues are repeatedly unaddressed, very tight parking with other vehicles overstepping their spots, leaking windows, older cheap and wasteful appliances, and hot water/heating control issues detract but are all correctable. Even with that being said, we hope to be able to stay here for a while longer, but that will depend on the amount of annual rent increases. At some point, the value-for-dollar balance goes out of whack considering other area apartments that are in better overall condition for similar prices.
