Old building worth half rental prices

Old building, kept somehow clean by Mrs Rita but she can't do nothing with 40 years old carpets, very noisy from all sides and definitely warmest apartments in Summer amd coldest in Winter months because there's no heat or cooling systems in hallways and storage. Only direct air blows from outside in highest fans speed. Who ever moves in should know for bigger electricity bills because additional heaters and AC units must be used during Winter and Summer months. All appliances, kitchen and bathroom never been updated. Elevator often doesn't work for day or two.... Heavy rain sometimes flooding underground parking but insurance won't cover any demage on tenant's cars... very overpriced building for 21st century...

Great building manager Rita

I have apartment in Peninsula place and it’s first apartment where i fill like a home just because building manager Rita Kiss. She is very nice and hard working lady and keeps this old building clean and bright! Never had problem whit anything because Rita is always here and ready to help !

Good hard working manager

Building I old and dog friendly, hard to keep clean but old lady Rita doing the best possible... area is noisy and rental prices are too fckg high for this location ... most of tenants are students, sometimes parting but Mrs Rita silencing them on time for sleep !

Nice place

The building is in central area close to everything. Older building but very well maintained in past and especially last few years since Mrs Rita work here. This building is a dog friendly and old which makes cleaning very hard work but Mrs Rita and her team keep it on top all time ... head office didn't invest much in this building since was new but Mrs Rita still keep this place nice for living !
