Good location

Excellent location, although can be very noisy at times with all the construction work going on around the buiding. Staff are great, always friendly and eager to help. Maintenance team are the best, super fast to fix any issues. Situation with the lifts is getting worse, can be waiting ages for a lift af times

Perspectives about Maple Unit

My experience has been very good since the beginning, from the application process to my arrival. I was well received and supported. I loved the building right away because of its location, space, and amenities. Even though I don’t use the amenities often, whenever I did, they were always pleasant. About neighbors, everything is fine—everyone makes some noise, so I don’t see this as a problem. What bothers me more is the noise from the construction around the building, which at first even caused some vibrations that scared me. My apartment is small but cozy, well organized, and everything works fine. However, the maintenance service needs improvement. I submitted a request months ago, but no one has come yet, and my ceiling is still cracked, which worries me. I also find the rent payment system a bit complicated, especially the automatic payment option, which charges a very high fee. I think this could be improved by offering other easier and more affordable payment methods. How long have you lived here? About one year. What do you most like about this community and your apartment? I like the location, the sense of safety, and the welcoming feeling from both the staff and the building itself. The community is also friendly, and I feel comfortable here. Recommend live here: Yes, I recommend it. Many people speak well of this building, and that was also the reason a friend recommended it to me. It feels safe, welcoming, and well-located. The only improvements I would suggest are: Make rent more accessible, especially for students, academics, or newcomers (like some phone companies or banks do with discounts). Update the website and information, since some rules and dates don’t match the current contracts, which can be confusing. Improve the rent payment system, particularly the automatic payment option, by reducing fees or offering alternative methods. Overall, it is a good place to live, and I feel secure and welcomed here.

Pretty happy

Conceirge staff are amazing at the Maple. If I could make one recommendation it would be to do an annual parkade cleaning. The soot is giving me allergic reactions. Maybe invest in a commercial robot vac? It’s really bad. My Mom lives at 200 glenforest and wishes the laundry rooms were cleaned better and snow maintenance was a bit better. All in all, pretty good, but improve maintanance :)
