Myself and my roomate have been living in our apartment for almost 7 years, and a separate lease before. There has been a decline in care and responsiveness to our transparent maintentance requests and communiation. A few years into our lease we have submitted maintenance requests marked as complete but never having the work done. We have minimized our enegagement with staff to avoid unceccesary retaliation and harm. There have been multiple incidents of staff lying and escalating situations ruining the tenant-landlord relationship and makes the living environment hositile. We asked to have a separate contact to avoid hostility and restore the relationship; it was declined.

I like this unit I have but I think the bathroom needs to be modernized especially if more than 5 people are sharing it

I've lived here for two and a half years now, in a one bedroom apartment. It's an older building, so it stays warm easily in the winter. The apartment meets my needs pretty well and staff are friendly and helpful if you need something. Maintenance is needed sometimes because of the age of the building, but the maintenance staff are pretty good about responding quickly to issues. One thing to note is that the bathroom at least in my unit is laid out galley style for some reason, which means that it is fairly cramped and may not be accessible to larger people or those with claustrophobia. Good water pressure though even on the top floor. The location is excellent, very close to the waterfront and to Spring Garden, and right next to both a Superstore and a Sobeys

I'm really happy with this apartment - it's a beautiful old building in a great location at an affordable price. I've had a good experience here - didn't rate parking because I don't drive and took off one star for noise but that's not the apartment's fault - a lot of the noise comes from neighbours and it's just part of the location.
