Moved here 2025 and not regretted it. We love the location and our apartment and the staff. Hoping to have a gym facility at some point. Hoping the hot water issues and elevator issues get resolved. its pretty quiet here and its clean. We love the new upgrades.

The building looks amazing. Maybe next winter we could have the windows and patio doors sealed so when it's cold and windy my curtains don't move.

What is really needed is a diffeent laundry system. Either be done with coin operated or install a change machine for easy access to coins.

They are currently "renovating" the hallways at Armdale place and they are painting over top of black mould. Tenants could get seriously sick. Do better
