Good place but poor staff

The location and propery is good but staff’s conduct is poor. They don’t respect privacy and just ambush us any time to talk. The only one amenity is washer and dryer but even they are in poor state and never work. The guest policy was never explained to us properly, and now we are constantly harassed for it.
