I've lived in 3-169 for 8 years. It is the smallest and oldest unit I have occupied in 20 years (4 different apartments). It has become noisier in the last 3 years. I am constantly looking for a new place to live.

Good location. Old building with creaky floors. Old washing machine, drying machine units.

I have been living here for almost 10 years it is a secure good quiet building and a very good location with lots of amenities The only thing is some of the buildings superintendents are not the most friendly and abrupt causing some people with anxiety to have panic attacks so that's a little bit crappy but otherwise it's generally overall a decent place to live
