This has been a great place to live. Friendly and courteous maintenance staff. Quiet neighbors and great amenities for the price. Lots of parking space. The park is across the street and during the summer we get watch the baseball games and summer time activities. But with the late nights come the race cars, screeching tire burn outs, loud music…

Rent is very affordable. The area is generally a noisy area due to location being right across a popular park. Besudes that, it is a quiet area during the day.

This has been a great place for my kids and I. During the summer months, the noise does get a bit much. Teenagers are across rhw street playing loud music, revving up their engines or doing burnouts in the parking lots. But a quick call to the police and it’s cleared up within a few minutes.

It takes a few days for maintenance to respond to either messages left at the office, or to have them follow up on anything that still needs to be fixed.
