Pros-Quiet, cool temps away from ABQ, nice neighbors Cons-Lot rent gets raised every year and they’ve done nothing to fix the major plumbing issues here

It was good until the manager changed. He favors some people. Additionally, with the rent increase, you should be able to pave the road to keep dust down.
