If you are new here at Carlsbad and you are looking for your safe have , AVALON is the place to be! We are new and foreigners from another country who recently got a job offer here so we badly needed a place to stay in. Avalon is the definitely the best and perfect choice for us. Staff is great and quick to respond to concerns. They listen, care, and makes you feel safe! It has everything that you need. The price is reasonable and the quality of service is magnificent! Kudos to Richard, Candace, and JC for being so attentive, hands-on, and helpful with all our queries and concerns. You are doing a great job! We love Avalon! May God bless you all. -KD

Avalon Apartments in Carlsbad is a good place to live. The apartments are very clean, the neighbors are quite and polite, and the staff is highly professional. I feel the rent prices are a little steep. Overall I recommend this complex.
