Building is low budget! You can here everything your neighbors are doing above you. Leasing agent and owener of the building could careless just as long as you pay your rent!

We have been living here since June its been a nightmare! We hear everything from the people above us. From walking in heels at 6:30 in morning to them vacuuming on a Sunday morning at 7am. Dragging what we think are their suitcases across the floor. We have complained to Lisa the leasing agent she stop responding to our complains. We contacted the owner of the building his response we can move you down the hall at your expense. No apartments are available on the 4th floor because that's where management tells everyone to go when they have issues with the noises above. One resident told me they moved to the 4th floor because children lived above them riding around the apartment on ride on toys. If this is something you think you would like to endure come rent at Eden Lane! Almost forgot we had a lawyer write the owner we wanted out of our lease. No way are they going to do that we pay to much! This is an honest review
